Our service charge for completed bookings is generally non-refundable.
Government & digital services
Official government fees, once paid on a portal, are non-refundable as per the department's rules. Our service charge may be refunded if we are unable to start the work.
Bill payments & recharges
Successful payments cannot be reversed by us. Failed transactions are refunded as per the provider's process.
