LOCKY COMMUNICATION is a private assistance centre. We help customers with travel bookings and with using official government, banking and utility portals. We are not a government department and cannot guarantee approval of any application.
Enquiries are not bookings
Submitting an enquiry on this website does not confirm any ticket, booking or application. A booking is confirmed only when the official ticket/receipt is issued by the operator or portal and shared with you.
Regulated services
AEPS, money transfer, bill payment and insurance services are offered only through authorized providers and only where we are authorized to do so.
Fees
Government and operator fees are charged at official rates. Our service charge will be informed before the work begins.
Customer responsibility
Customers must provide accurate information and genuine documents. We are not responsible for rejections caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.
